We are currently hiring for a full-time Marketing Manager who will assist in business development and maintaining existing relationships with local physicians.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintaining the marketing strategy for new and existing physicians
Meeting with referring physicians and maintaining great relationships
Visiting new clinics and requesting lunches for physicians to meet
Ordering and supplying marketing material and referral forms to clinics
Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy – including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR.
Working closely with the company’s administrative team and doctor
Creating physician portal logins for doctors
Manage social media and online review presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
Manage Google Ads and Website SEO
Ordering miscellaneous marketing supplies including pens, mints, envelopes, cds, etc.
Bringing patient CDs and reports to top referring physicians if needed
Printing reports to see physicians’ monthly referrals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing
Drivers License
Proven track record of success in marketing roles
Confident, driven and self-starting character
This role coordinates and compiles all quality and outcome data for mammography, communicating quality issues and policies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms, galactograms, stereotactic biopsies, wire localizations and DXA scans.
• Manage biopsy and follow up exams.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, facilitating the patients’ stay during examination
• Provide clear and thorough explanation of procedures to patients and completes a thorough evaluation of the patients’ medical history, symptoms and inquiry of prior related exams
• Accurately records all injections administrated
• Provide timely follow up and demonstrates and a calm, positive approach to problem solving
• Flexibility and willingness to cross train and cover other areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
Education/Training, Certificate & Licenses Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent from a two year accredited Radiology program
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• ARRT registration.
• Certified in Mammography
• Washington State Registration
• CPR Certified
• Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands, performs and accurately completes all examinations on MRI, CT, radiography, equipment as needed, following clinic practices and procedures.
- Understands, performs and accurately completes all RIS and PACS documentation as needed for patient care. Has mastery of the RIS/PACS system and the operation of clinic computers. Can reboot servers as needed.
- Understands and performs quality control checks on MR, CT, radiography equipment, and clinic computers, and informs service and clinic administrator of any problems.
- Provides appropriate and thoughtful patient care in an empathetic manner. Acts professionally in interactions with patients and coworkers in the same manner as they would want to be treated.
- Dresses and appropriately as per clinic custom and procedures.
- Prioritizes tasks and accomplishes them in a timely manner. Fills in for other technologists in their absence. Able to work and think through problems independently.
- Understands and is certified and can perform basic life-support as per the American College of Cardiology.
- Understands and applies radiation safety measures and magnetic resonance imaging safety measures under all circumstances.
- Understands and applies sterile technique measures in all circumstances in which this is required.
- Administers oral Valium, intravenous gadolinium and iodinated contrast only on physician orders.
- Maintains appropriate CME credits and mastery of new techniques and studies as they arise.
- Performs other duties as required for the efficient and optimal functioning of the clinic.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general and technical requirements for the job. Ability to write patient notes and explain procedures to patients.
- Some chemical exposure and infection exposure are present. The employee is expected to know reasonable ways to mitigate these risks for both the employee and patients.
Education/Training, Certificate & Licenses:
- Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or military, and two to four years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ARRT
- Certification in CT, MR, x-ray and DEXA helpful. Employees who do not have all pertinent certification will be expected to obtain these after hire.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Required to perform various ultrasound exams including, but not limited to,: Vascular, screening/diagnostic breast, abdomen, renal, gynecologic, thyroid, scrotal exams and assisting radiologist with invasive ultrasound procedures.
- Independently perform high quality ultrasound exams that are consistently approved by the radiologist and performed to accepted protocol
- Performs various ultrasound exams including, but not limited to: Breast, abdomen, renal, gynecologic, thyroid, scrotal exams and assisting radiologist with invasive ultrasound procedures
- Accurately take patient history for exams
- Obtains appropriate patient histories/demonstrates proficiency at utilizing Pacs/Ris in locating prior reports/studies pertinent to exams being done.
- Utilize Pacs/Ris to track patients and accurately codes procedures
- Maintains daily operations of the US department
- Recognize and treat all patients and guests as customers and all staff as internal customers to actively support a culture of teamwork.
Education/Training, Certificate & Licenses:
- Two-year degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Completion of an ARDMS accredited ultrasound program
- 3-5 years experience as a sonographer preferred
- Experience performing abdominal, small parts, and gynecologic ultrasound exams including TVS exams required
- Registration:
- RDMS required
- Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Outlook and Synapse

• Organize and maintain records to provide accurate reporting and easy access to information and historical data.
• Courteously answer the telephone within 2 rings; forward calls to appropriate persons and/or take messages as needed.
• Verify and input patient registration into computer in a timely fashion according to policies and procedures, obtain signatures and initials when required. Help patients fill out paperwork when applicable.
• Schedule patients for radiology exams in the appropriate modalities and time slots.
• Relay information to patients regarding preparation and procedures for radiology exams.
• Properly record and take any patient payments according to policies and procedures.
• Willingness to cross train to provide assistance for other departments.
• Maintain and inputs all incoming referrals from physicians.
• Keep all patient information confidential according to HIPAA standards.
• Maintain front desk and waiting room appearance.

Education/Training Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Schedule flexibility (with the ability to possibly work Saturdays) required.
